Very much enjoyed your cherry kuchen this morning with hot, strong percolated koffie. It was not sweet (as was proper), that was my only worry when I bought. Many German recipes are changed thinking that our American sweet tooth must be catered to. It tasted as good as those of my german relatives who make a mean kuchen in Bittelbrun, Die Hegau, in Germany. They have a restaurant there, and their kuckens and cakes are famous. I bought this at Velva Fresh Foods in Velva.
