Thank you for such an amazing treat that added sweetness to our holiday memories.
My dad LOVED your kuchen. He said that your crust is fancier than his mom ever made, but that, “you couldn’t make kuchen much better than yours”!
He shared the rhubarb one with us. None of the rest of us had ever had rhubarb kuchen, although we love rhubarb pie. I am thinking about trying to grow it here since we do get frosts every year. Need to find a good plant somewhere!
Karen, it was so good and made me miss Grandma, but in a good way.
I got an update from my dad this morning that he is breaking into the apricot next. A happy man.
