We offer USPS Priority (2-3) days as the most economical and safest way to ship your Kuchen.  We offer UPS and overnight EXPRESS by request only. 

In the event on one is home to receive your order we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to insure delivery.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at the time of ordering.

We ship in insulated shipping packaging with frozen gel packs.  Our shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package.  There is additional charge for the insulated box and gel pack which is $7.50 a box.

 We do not ship to APO/FPO Military addresses or Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

Due to customs regulations we do not ship to Canada.

Your perishable package should be refrigerated as soon as they are received.  The kuchen can be put in the freezer and kept in the freezer up to 3 months even if partially thawed.

We will ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays in the following week after payment is received for

your order, so that you receive it before the weekend arrives.  Kuchens are baked fresh and frozen

solid before shipment.

We do not ship on holidays, as USPS and UPS do not deliver on holidays.

Please track your frozen shipment where applicable.  We will send a tracking # to you when your order is shipped.  We are not responsible if the package is not taken care of once it is delivered.

All perishable food orders are final and non-refundable.
